Allen represents banks, financial institutions, and private financial intermediaries in a wide variety of commercial finance and real estate transactions, as well as debt restructurings.

Allen also counsels clients in commercial real estate development. He represents real estate developers in all phases of residential, office, retail, and industrial development projects, including acquisitions, construction of infrastructure and buildings, sales and leasing activities, construction and permanent financing, and joint venture formations.

Allen’s prior experience as Vice President and Manager of Special Assets with a major Canadian financial institution, in addition to service as Vice President of Real Estate Lending in a Midwest regional bank, provides unique insight and expertise in his finance practice.
