Amy Dean

Amy provides paralegal support for the corporate and business, real estate, estate planning and administration, and litigation groups.

Amy assists in the organization and ongoing legal maintenance of business entities throughout the United States, including overseeing the preparation and filing of annual reports, and the update of organizational record books for hundreds of entities in Illinois and numerous other jurisdictions.

In addition, Amy prepares, organizes, files, and processes essential documents required to advance statutory mergers, business acquisitions, real estate sales and purchases, estate planning and probate matters, and legal actions being handled by attorneys at MPS.
