John concentrates his practice in the banking, corporate, and real estate fields.
John represents a number of financial institutions and middle market companies, with experience in a broad array of transactions including mergers, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and corporate planning.
John has been active in the formation of a number of state and federally chartered De Novo Banks. John served as a board member of the second largest privately-held bank in Illinois for 30 years, until its sale in 2016.
