Roger T. Stelle

Roger’s practice is focused primarily on corporate and real estate matters, with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on corporate transactional matters including corporate acquisitions, divestitures, re-financings, re-capitalizations, and mergers.

Roger also maintains an active real estate practice, representing clients on countless real estate transactions including commercial and industrial acquisitions and divestitures. Over the years, he has also developed an active practice representing banks on regulatory and credit matters.

Roger is a founding member of MPS. Prior to the formation of the firm, Roger — along with several other MPS partners — was affiliated with a national law firm based in Chicago, with offices throughout the United States.
