STEVEN R. ROGOVIN concentrates his practice of law in the areas of corporate and business law, bankruptcy and related litigation, and securities matters. Steve also brings experience as in-house counsel to a small Internet-based business as well as a music education and performance non-profit.
Steve has litigated and arbitrated claims for major corporations, small businesses and individuals concerning bankruptcy and financial litigation, massive securities/broker-dealer investigations, real estate disputes, insurance coverage disputes, attorney and accountant malpractice, public authorities and employment matters, among others. He has regularly appeared before state and federal courts, arbitrators, mediators, and the Financial Industry Regulation Authority (FINRA).
Steve has also provided a wide range of legal advice to businesses as in-house counsel. From 2007 to 2009, Steve was the founding Vice President and General Counsel of Rogomo, Inc., an Internet-based education and tutoring marketplace. More recently, in early 2010, Steve co-founded Fredericksburg All Ages, Inc. (FAA), a not-for-profit all-ages music education and performance space in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Steve currently serves as Director and Secretary of FAA.
