Diana concentrates her practice in all phases of trusts and estate planning. She enjoys working closely with her clients as a trusted advisor who guides them through complex estate planning, asset protection planning, and probate and trust administration. Her attention to personal concerns and connection with clients are essential in a field where clients often turn to their legal counsel for guidance as they navigate major life events.
Many of Diana’s clients are high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families with significant assets. Diana helps her clients plan for the management, protection, and distribution of these assets.
Diana frequently advises on pre-nuptial agreements, trusts, and business succession planning. She works closely with family representatives, financial advisors, executors, accountants, trustees, and other professionals through all phases of probate and trust administration. As needed, Diana represents trustees, beneficiaries, executors, and heirs in will and trust contests, including decanting and reformation, to ensure her clients achieve the desired result. Diana also pursues a practice in art law, and advises clients on the acquisition and distribution of fine art and valuable personal property.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys gardening, watching Notre Dame football, and taking advantage of Chicago’s vibrant arts scene with her husband and son.
