Julie represents banks, financial institutions, and a variety of corporate entities in their commercial finance, debt restructuring, leasing and real estate transactions.
Her practice includes representing clients in complex financial transactions encompassing secured and unsecured commercial credit facilities, consisting of term loans and non-revolving and revolving credit facilities.
Julie regularly counsels clients on all facets of real estate including retail and office lease transactions, lease and sublease negotiations, commercial ground leases, easements, access, and development agreements. Julie also frequently assists developers and large national homebuilders, with the acquisition of raw land, and works with clients in the financing, development, and construction of mixed-use developments and new home communities.
Julie is also equipped to advise clients in business formation, governance, restructuring, and completion of purchases and sales.
