Francis’ practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning and administration, with particular emphasis on business succession planning. He drafts wills and trusts, and advises clients on lifetime gift giving and the administration of decedent’s estates.
Francis has practiced law in the Chicago area for over fifty years. He is a member of the Chicago, Illinois and American Bar Associations and a former Chairman of Division IV of the Chicago Bar Association’s Probate Practice Committee. He has written extensively on estate planning topics and has been a frequent lecturer to both lay and professional audiences.
Prior to joining MPS, Francis served as the chairman of estate planning at a prominent Chicago law firm.
