Meltzer, Purtill & Stelle LLC is pleased to welcome Senior Associates Lorrette Fisher and Diana Larson to their professional team.
Lorrette Fisher is a litigator in the firm’s commercial litigation practice. She has extensive experience handling complex cases and resolving disputes in both state and federal courts, and is well-known for her skilled courtroom presence. She is also licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania. Her background covers a broad range of litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
Charles Valente, one of the firm’s most experienced partners in commercial litigation, was delighted Lorrette chose MPS when she relocated from New York. “She’s going to take a leading role in important cases and is going to make an excellent addition to our team.”
Diana Larson is joining the firm’s estate planning and trust and probate administration practice. She is experienced in all phases of trust and estate planning, and enjoys working closely with her clients as a trusted advisor who guides them through complex estate planning, asset protection planning, and probate and trust administration.
Diana’s typical clients are high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families with significant assets. She is also well-versed in art law and advises clients on the acquisition and distribution of fine art and valuable personal property.
Russel Robinson, MPS Law Partner and practice leader for the estate planning and trust and probate administration group, was eager to recruit Diana. “Diana has exactly the depth and breadth of experience in trusts and estates we were seeking. She is well-versed in tax law and how it impacts trusts, and she is comfortable handling all aspects of estate planning.”
